Experience Life on the Farm

A Unique Kind of Farm

What makes Solomon Farm special? Not only do we breed, train and sell some of the country's highest quality sporthorses, the kind you'll love to ride, show and keep forever, but we also have what so many breeding farms have lost – natural space!

Come visit us and you'll see that this is land made for raising horses. Stand on any hilltop and gaze out upon a rolling sea of prairie grasses, the White River meandering through the shade of cottonwood trees, broodmares grazing beside their foals.

Our Rheinland Pfalz-Saar sporthorses are athletes from the start. We breed some of America's finest moving young prospects for dressage, hunters, jumpers and eventing, representing the best bloodlines from Europe and America. Our horses grow up strong and sound, with the freedom to run on thousands of acres – a freedom few horses bred for sport still enjoy or benefit from.

We had a setback in finishing our new indoor arena when we discovered we'd paid for a roof, stalls and other materials that would never actually be delivered. So while we work on recovering our losses, we plan to rebuy our steel and finish our new indoor arena and stall barn in 2012-2013. Our new barn will be crafted from unique local materials found on our ranch, providing an ideal environment for the education of horse and rider, and a relaxing space to enjoy the beauty of these special creatures we share our lives with. Our current facility is well suited to the breeding, raising and inital training of top young sporthorses - and we welcome visitors any time of year to come take a look at our farm and our horses. We think we have something special here, and we want to share it with you.

Begininning later in 2012, Solomon Farm plans to offer Dressage Vacations, along with sales, training, lessons and consignments. We are thrilled to share our special farm and horses with you.

We hope you enjoy your virtual tour around our website, and if you'd like more information on the horses or would like to visit our farm, please don't hesitate to email or call. Because sport horses are what we do, and we do it well.

"Show me your horse and I will tell you who you are."
